Sales Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Generate leads and follow-up with potential clients.
2. Prepare and present quotations to clients.
3. Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
4. Successfully close sales deals.
5. Report regularly to the sales head on progress and key metrics.

1. Implement marketing strategies in the field to promote the company’s services.
2. Engage with potential clients, architects, and contractors to generate leads and build partnerships.
3. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and site visits.
4. Collect feedback from clients and market insights to improve marketing efforts.

6. Distribute marketing materials and ensure the company’s services are well-represented.

Eligibility Criteria:
7. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, MBA Is Preferable.
8. 2 years of experience in field marketing, ideally in construction or real estate.
9. Strong communication and networking skills.
10. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
11. Willingness to travel to client locations and events.
