Provide detailed information on exams and recommend relevant courses or products. 2. Coordination & Collaboration: Coordinate with team members to resolve any technical or course-related issues. Provide valuable feedback to the team on course quality and student concerns. Suggest improvements to enhance course offerings and student experience. 3. Customer Care: Ensure students feel comfortable and provide them with end-to-end solutions. Maintain constant communication with management to report issues and progress. Exhibit a polite, professional attitude in all communications. Be a quick learner, adapting to new tools, products, and processes efficiently
