Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Tender Executive with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the medical or healthcare sector. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end tender processes for medical devices, consumables, and healthcare solutions, including government e-marketplaces (GEM), hospitals, and institutional tenders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate tender opportunities from GEM, government portals, hospitals, and healthcare institutions

• Prepare and submit technical and financial bid documents in compliance with tender specifications

• Coordinate with the sales, technical, and logistics teams to gather necessary documentation

• Ensure timely submission of tenders and manage post-submission clarifications or queries

• Maintain detailed records of submitted and ongoing tenders

• Monitor tender outcomes and support negotiation processes when required

• Stay updated with healthcare tender regulations and documentation standards

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
