Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through direct sales, networking, and referrals.

Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals efficiently.

Keep detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.
Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitor analysis.
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer success.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Fluent in English (spoken and written); regional language is a plus.
