Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Identify, prospect, and generate new business leads for Masterbatch products across various industries such as plastics, packaging, and manufacturing.
Customer Interaction: Effectively communicate the technical aspects of Masterbatch products to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and solutions they offer.
Sales Visits: Travel across India to meet existing and potential customers, building relationships and understanding their needs.
Client Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction, repeat business, and prompt resolution of any issues.
Technical Expertise: Utilize your technical background in chemical engineering or polymer science to provide tailored product solutions for customers.
Sales Targets: Achieve sales targets and KPIs by closing deals and maintaining a steady pipeline.
