Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to spearhead our online sales growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales through online marketplaces, e-commerce platforms, and digital channels. This role requires expertise in online sales strategies, customer acquisition, and marketplace management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales through online channels, including marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Swiggy, Zomato etc.), company websites, and third-party platforms.

  • Identify new online sales opportunities and partnerships to enhance brand presence and revenue.

  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize online sales performance using key metrics.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic and conversions.

  • Manage relationships with online marketplace partners, negotiating better terms and promotions.

  • Work closely with operations and supply chain teams to ensure smooth fulfilment of online orders.

  • Analyse customer buying trends and online behaviour to refine sales strategies.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging online sales technologies.

  • Ensure compliance with platform policies, regulations, and best practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 2-5 years of experience in online sales, e-commerce, or digital marketing.

  • Strong understanding of online marketplaces, SEO, and digital advertising.

  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Amazon Seller Central, and e-commerce CMS platforms.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Prior experience in the food & beverage or FMCG sector is a plus.
