Job Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Associate for Interior Design, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience by providing personalized design advice and recommending home decor products that best meet the customer’s needs. You will also play a key role in achieving sales goals and ensuring the store meets its performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:Greet and engage customers as they enter the store.
Understand customer needs and offer tailored design solutions.
Provide knowledgeable product recommendations, including furniture, accessories, and decor items.

Sales & Upselling:Drive store sales by meeting.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services.
Work with customers to design and visualize room layouts, color schemes, and interior design elements.
Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, trends, and the interior design industry.
Stay informed about seasonal collections and new arrivals to ensure effective customer recommendations.
Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions and concerns.
Assist in the order process, including product selection, purchasing, and delivery arrangements.
Store Presentation: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
Assist in arranging product displays and maintaining the showroom environment.
Sales Performance: Track personal sales goals and work towards achieving sales targets.
Participate in regular sales meetings to discuss performance and strategies.
Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences, product demand, and competitive trends.
Requirements: Proven experience in sales, preferably in interior design, home decor, or a related field.
Strong interest or background in interior design and home decor.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and self-motivation.
Basic knowledge of interior design trends, materials, and furniture styles is a plus.
