Job Summary:

We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Executives to join our growing team. The role is ideal for MBA/BBA freshers who are passionate about sales, customer engagement, and business growth. You will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects, and maintaining client relationships to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.

• Pitch products/services to clients via calls, emails, meetings, and presentations.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Understand customer needs and offer solutions aligned with company offerings.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities.

• Maintain a database of leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM tools.

• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

• Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• MBA or BBA in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.

• Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

• Willingness to travel and meet clients (if required).
