• Establish rapport with customers by providing them with personalized service.

• Strong leadership skills with experience in leading our teams across multiple projects/ campaigns.

• Setting up daily, weekly & monthly targets for the sales executive and marketing team.

• Managing the site visit inspections.

• Ensuring qualified leads convert into customers and make an appointment for a site visit.
