About the Role:
We are looking for a Seller Support Associate to assist and support our e-commerce sellers, ensuring smooth business operations on our platform. If you have a passion for customer service, problem-solving, and e-commerce, this is the perfect role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Assist sellers with account setup, product listings, payments, and issue resolution.
✅ Handle seller queries via email, chat, and calls in a timely and professional manner.
✅ Educate sellers on platform policies, payment processes, and business best practices.
✅ Work with large datasets using Excel functions, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and SUM formulas to analyze seller trends.
✅ Track seller issues, analyze trends, and provide feedback for operational improvements.
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Education: B.Com, M.Com, BBA, MBA (Finance) – Mandatory
🔹 Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in customer support, seller support, or e-commerce operations.
🔹 Skills: Excellent communication (verbal & written), problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
🔹 Excel Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and SUM functions.
🔹 Languages: Fluent in English & Hindi (both written & spoken).
🔹 Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM tools, data analysis, and e-commerce platforms.
