Subject: Opportunity for Customer Success Team (Semi Voice Process) Position
We are currently seeking individuals to join our Customer Success Team for Chat Support and would be delighted to receive your application or any recommendations you may have for suitable candidates.

Responsibilities:

Effectively manage incoming chats and emails from customers in a timely manner
Identify and evaluate customers' requirements, clarify information, and offer solutions
Handle and resolve customer complaints, escalating to internal teams as needed
Cultivate enduring relationships and trust with customers through transparent communication
Maintain detailed records of each interaction and forward them to the relevant team member when necessary
Address and take ownership of customer escalations, ensuring timely resolution
Follow up on resolutions to guarantee prompt delivery
Requirements:

Candidates with or without experience (Prior experience in customer support is advantageous)
Proficient in active listening
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
Customer-centric approach and adaptability to diverse personality types
Ability to juggle multiple tasks, establish priorities, and manage time efficiently
Six working days with one rotational off; transportation not provided

Location: HSR Layout
Salary: Up to 21k In Hand + Incentives
Working Hours: Rotational Shift!
