Job Summary:

IOTAFLOW is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to manage and assign service engineers, coordinate in-house service cases, maintain service-related data, and act as a central link between the service team, internal technical (R&D) team, and sales team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, ensuring smooth service operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assign service engineers to customer sites based on expertise and availability.

• Coordinate and track in-house service cases, ensuring timely resolution.

• Maintain accurate records of service activities, reports, and documentation.

• Act as a liaison between the service team, internal R&D team, and sales team to ensure seamless communication.

• Monitor service requests, prioritize cases, and optimize response times.

• Assist in developing and improving service processes and documentation.

• Provide regular updates and reports to management on service activities and performance.

• Address customer queries related to service and escalate issues as needed.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in service execution.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in service coordination, customer support, or a related role.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP/CRM software.

• Technical understanding of flow meters or industrial equipment is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
