Field Support Engineer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Give online and offline support to customers

Interact with customers to understand their requirements and provide solutions

Set up electronic systems and devices

Assemble and connect system components

Utilize technical knowledge to troubleshoot and diagnose problems efficiently

Monitor and report on project progress

Estimate damage and calculate the cost of materials

Test system functionality and analyze data

Repair malfunctions in circuitry and other system structures

Maintain equipment and ensure operational functionality

Update reports and maintain inventory

Collaborate with engineers and other professionals on technical tasks

Use various tools to build and repair system Conduct field work and on-site troubleshooting to resolve technical issues

Adapt to different working environments and situations to deliver exceptional service
