Technical Supervisor

We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a User Support Executive / Data Support Associate. The role involves processing data, providing basic technical support and training to users, and ensuring a smooth and positive user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage user data accurately and efficiently

• Provide first-level technical support and training to users

• Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate when required

• Ensure a seamless and user-friendly experience for all users

• Communicate effectively with users via email, chat, or phone

• Collaborate with internal teams to address user concerns

Key Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline

• 0–6 months of relevant experience (Freshers welcome)

• Proficiency in MS Excel (basic formulas, data handling)

• Good verbal and written English communication skills

• Basic understanding of data analysis and troubleshooting

• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and systems
