Job Description:

1. We are looking for a Tele collection Executive to join our banking collections team in Kudlu Gate, Bangalore.

2 Make outbound calls to customers to remind them about pending payments.

3 Follow up on overdue accounts and negotiate payment plans.

4 Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment status.

5 Handle customer queries and provide necessary support related to payments.

Requirements:

•1• DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) Certificate is mandatory.

2 Strong communication and negotiation skills.

3 Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.

Salary : 15000 to 25000

Location : ( Kudlu Gate, Bangalore)
