Key Responsibilities:

1.Speak with potential patients to understand their health issues and guide them accordingly.

2.Provide detailed information about Ayurvedic services and treatments.

3.Schedule clinic appointments as per availability and patient convenience.

4.Follow up with patients for confirmations and reminders to reduce no-shows.

5.Maintain accurate patient records in the CRM system.

6.Achieve performance targets in patient engagement and appointment bookings.

7.Collect feedback to enhance service quality and patient satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria:

1.Graduation in any stream.

2.Only candidates with experience in the healthcare domain will be considered.

3.Experience in telecalling or patient coordination within hospitals, clinics, or wellness centers is a plus.

4.Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.

5.Fluent in Hindi, English, Marathi, or Gujarati.

6.Familiarity with CRM tools and call systems.
