Job Summary:We are looking for a Tele caller/ Customer Care Executive to handle customer queries and complaints in a professional manner. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining good relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers. Resolve customer queries, issues, and complaints promptly.Provide product and service information to customers.Maintain customer records by updating account information.Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when necessary.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).Ability to handle stressful situations calmly.Prior experience in customer service is an advantage.
