Outbound/Inbound Calls: Make calls to potential customers or answer incoming calls to address customer needs.
Customer Interaction: Engage with customers, provide product information, and answer queries in a professional manner.
Sales & Lead Generation: Promote the company's products/services, upsell or cross-sell where appropriate, and convert leads into sales.
Database Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Follow-Up: Follow up with leads and customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage future sales or services.
Handling Customer Complaints: Address customer complaints or concerns and escalate issues to higher management if needed.
Achieving Targets: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales or performance targets.
Market Feedback: Collect customer feedback and market insights to improve services and products.
Experience:
Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support is a plus, but freshers are also welcome.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of the local language and English (if applicable).
Persuasive and confident in handling calls.
Basic computer skills and knowledge.
