Position: Tele Collection Executive

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month

Location: Bellendur , Bangalore

Job Overview:

We are looking for experienced Tele Collection Executives to join our team in Bellendur . The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a background in collections. The role involves interacting with customers over the phone to ensure timely payments and resolving outstanding dues professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers for debt recovery and follow up on pending payments.

Negotiate and persuade customers to make payments within the stipulated time.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.

Handle customer queries regarding outstanding balances and payment options.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in tele-calling or collections.

Education: Undergraduates with relevant experience are eligible.

Languages Required:

Hindi – 3 positions (Must have 75% English proficiency)

Kannada – 3 positions (Must have 75% English proficiency)

South Indian Languages (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada) – 3 positions (Must have 75% English proficiency)

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

Ability to handle high volumes of calls efficiently.

Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer knowledge.
