Telecaller Inbound

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our support team. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.

• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and resources.

• Handle customer complaints with empathy and patience, offering appropriate solutions.

• Maintain records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints.

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and follow up to ensure resolution.

• Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and company updates.

• Meet performance targets for customer satisfaction, response time, and issue resolution.

• Collect customer feedback and suggest process improvements.

• Welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly, approachable demeanor.

• Manage Patient/Client treatment Slot processes efficiently.

• Address Patient/Client inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

• Maintain updated records of treatment bookings and Client information.

• Coordinate with housekeeping, Therapist, and other departments to fulfill Client/Patient needs.

• Up sell Treatment, services, Product, and special packages to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.

• Collect Patient/client feedback and manage Patient/Client t loyalty programs.

• Handle VIP Client/Patient and special event arrangements.

• Ensure a personalized Patient/Client experience and resolve service issues promptly.

• Prepare daily reports and communicate relevant information to management.
