We are seeking a motivated and professional Telecaller Inbound to join our team for Dtdc Express Limited in Chennai at our Velappanchavadi location. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to Logistics. Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. This position requires Below 10th, and the candidate should be willing to work 6 days working during the Day shift.
