Inform customers about product & services
Handle inbound & outbound calls
Understand customer's need & solve queries

Operations Management: Assist in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring they are conducted efficiently and smoothly.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
Coordination: Coordinate with different teams (logistics, supply chain, sales, etc.) to ensure timely delivery of services/products.
Inventory Management: Maintain and track inventory levels, ensuring sufficient stock for production or sales purposes.
Data Management: Prepare reports and analyze operational data, identifying trends or areas for improvement.
Vendor Management: Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely deliveries and resolution of issues.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and external regulations.
Customer Service: Address any operational issues raised by customers and work with relevant teams to resolve them quickly.
Cost Control: Monitor expenses and work with relevant teams to control costs and optimize budgets.
Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the operations team, including managing schedules, documentation, and other tasks as needed
