We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Lead Generation + Customer Service Executive. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with customers professionally. This role requires handling both lead generation and customer support responsibilities, ensuring a smooth customer experience while driving business growth.
✅ Lead Generation:
Identify potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and online research.
Qualify leads and maintain an updated database of prospects.
Explain products/services and generate interest among potential clients.
Set appointments for the sales team when required.
✅ Customer Service:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with queries.
Provide accurate and relevant information about products/services.
Address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Maintain detailed records of interactions and lead status in the system.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance lead quality.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the management.
