We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller with at least 1 year of experience in the real estate industry to join our team in Kalamboli, Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, and scheduling site visits for potential buyers. Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach are a must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain property details.

• Handle inbound inquiries and provide relevant information about ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.

• Schedule site visits and follow up with clients to ensure engagement.

• Maintain a database of leads and update customer records regularly.

• Address customer queries and concerns professionally.

• Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into sales.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and conversion goals.
