Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telecaller to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, providing information about our real estate services, and generating leads for property sales and rentals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and schedule site visits.

2. Answer incoming inquiries and provide detailed information about properties, pricing, and services.

3. Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information.

4. Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and messages to nurture client relationships.

5. Coordinate with the sales team to set up client meetings and site visits.

6. Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options.

7. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and call quotas.

8. Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction
