We are looking for a dedicated telecaller to join our offline center @ Jayanagar, Bangalore - WORK FROM OFFICE.
As a Telecaller, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, and promote our services to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide information about our products/services.
Verify customer details and schedule appointments.
Maintain customer records and follow up on leads and appointments.
Meet daily/weekly call targets.
Requirements:
Good communication skills in English (Kannada and Hindi also, if possible)
Prior experience in tele-calling/sales is a plus, but not mandatory.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel & Word)
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
Experience: 1 year (This can be overlooked for the right candidate)
