- Engage in outbound calls to clients, providing excellent customer service.

- Maintain and update contact lists.

- Promote products/services to active and potential clients.

- Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.

- Manage client relationships effectively.

- Handling both sales calls and customer service inquiries, addressing customer questions, concerns, and complaints.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Graduates with 0 to 4 years of experience.

- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Kannada with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Familiarity with the market and surrounding areas is a plus.

These roles are based in Mahadevpura Bangalore, and are full-time positions requiring work from the office.

Job Description:

• Conduct outbound calls to customers to gather feedback on sales and services.

• Responsible for engaging with potential and existing customer over the phone to generate leads, promote product/services, and potentially close sales.

• Provides exceptional services, address customer complaint and resolves issues in a professional manner.
