Job Title: Receptionist cum Telecaller
Location: Andheri East
Salary Range: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 ( Negotiable )
Responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound enquiries via calls and emails professionally.
2. Follow up with potential clients to convert inquiries into structural audit appointments.
3. Maintain detailed records of calls and interactions in the CRM system.
4. Manage front desk operations, including handling visitors and correspondence.
5. Support the team with administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and time management skills
