EASY LOAN SOLUTIONS

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining business loan products, and converting leads into clients. If you enjoy talking to people and are good at convincing others, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers for business loan inquiries.

• Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, documentation, and process.

• Understand customer needs and offer suitable loan solutions.

• Generate leads and follow up on previous calls.

• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months – 1 year of experience in telecalling/sales (preferably in loans or financial products).

• Good communication skills in [mention languages required – e.g., Hindi, English, regional language].

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

• Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
