We are looking for a highly experienced and result-driven Telecaller/Educational Counselor to convert leads into enrollments through effective negotiation, strong communication, and convincing skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Calling & Follow-ups:
Contact potential students and working professionals who have inquired about our courses.
Follow up rigorously with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails until they convert into enrollments.
Explain course details, career benefits, pricing, and offers to prospective learners.
Address queries, doubts, and objections confidently to ensure smooth conversions.
Sales & Target Achievement:
Take ownership of meeting and exceeding monthly enrollment targets.
Use strong negotiation and persuasion techniques to convert hesitant leads into paying students.
Promote discounts, offers, and limited-period enrollments to boost sign-ups.
Identify high-potential leads and prioritize follow-ups to maximize conversions.
Counseling & Guidance:
Understand students’ educational backgrounds and career goals to recommend the right courses.
Provide career counseling, guidance, and clarity about job prospects and placement opportunities after the course.
Ensure every potential student understands the value of EdAthena’s courses in their career growth.
Lead Management & Reporting:
Maintain a daily log of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
Update and track lead status in CRM or Excel sheets.
Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on enrollment targets and achievements.
Identify and suggest improvements in the telecalling script, sales pitch, and approach.
Collaboration & Strategy:
Work closely with the marketing and admissions team to align telecalling strategies with campaigns.
Give feedback on common objections and FAQs to improve marketing materials.
Assist in refining promotional campaigns and advertisements based on student responses.
Requirements & Skills:
✅ Experience: Minimum 1 year in telecalling, sales, or educational counseling.
✅ Strong Communication: Fluent in English & Tamil (Hindi is a plus).
✅ Negotiation & Convincing: Ability to confidently handle objections and close sales.
✅ Persistence & Target-Driven: Self-motivated to achieve and exceed targets consistently.
✅ Work Ethic & Professionalism: Must be punctual, dedicated, and highly disciplined.
✅ Passion for Telecalling: Should genuinely enjoy engaging with people over calls.
✅ CRM & Data Entry: Basic knowledge of lead tracking software, Excel, and CRM systems.
✅ Sales Mindset: Must be confident in pitching high-ticket tech courses and ensuring conversions.
