Key Responsibilities:

Customer Outreach:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
Explain the features, benefits, and functionalities of the stock market application.
Lead Conversion:
Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate plans or features.
Answer queries about the application and resolve any doubts or objections.
Persuade customers to purchase or subscribe to the application.
Database Management:
Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the CRM system.
Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Feedback Collection:
Gather customer feedback and share insights to improve the product or sales approach.
Collaboration:
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to strategize outreach efforts.
Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience as a Telecaller, Sales Representative, or similar role, preferably in financial services or technology.
Excellent verbal communication skills in [Hindi,English & Gujarati].
Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
Basic understanding of stock market concepts is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
