Inform customers about product & services
Handle inbound & outbound calls
Understand customer's need & solve queries

Key Responsibilities:
Client Outreach:

Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce the company's interior design services.
Handle inbound inquiries regarding design solutions and services.
Lead Generation:

Collect and maintain client data through calls and online platforms.
Qualify leads by identifying their design preferences, project scope, and budget.
Appointment Scheduling:

Coordinate appointments between clients and the design team.
Follow up to confirm appointments and ensure attendance.
Follow-Up:

Regularly follow up with clients to address queries and nurture relationships.
Ensure timely communication for ongoing or prospective projects.
Collaboration with Design Team:

Communicate client requirements and preferences to the design team for customized solutions.
Assist in relaying updates or feedback between the team and the client.
Maintain Records:

Update CRM or records with accurate client information and interaction details.
Prepare and share periodic reports on call performance and lead conversion.
Customer Support:

Address basic client concerns or escalate them to the appropriate department.
Provide information on pricing, project timelines, and deliverables.
