Job Title: Telecaller (Voice Process)
Language Required: English, Hindi, Tamil
Location: Chennai
Department: Customer Service / Sales (depending on the focus of the calls)
Reports to: Team Lead / Supervisor
Job Summary:
This position involves handling inbound and outbound calls to customers and suppliers for an e-commerce company. The Telecaller will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle Inbound Calls:
Answer incoming calls from customers regarding order inquiries, order tracking, returns, refunds, and other customer service issues.
Actively listen to customer concerns and provide prompt and accurate resolutions.
De-escalate customer issues and maintain a calm and professional demeanor at all times.
Handle Outbound Calls:
Make outbound calls to customers for order confirmations, delivery updates, and customer surveys.
Contact suppliers to inquire about order status, resolve delivery issues, and build strong supplier relationships.
Customer Communication:
Communicate effectively with customers in Tamil, English, and Hindi (both verbal and written).
Ensure clear and concise communication with customers, using appropriate language and tone.
Issue Resolution:
Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently and accurately.
Escalate complex issues to supervisors or relevant departments for further assistance.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, including call logs, notes, and resolutions.
Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track customer data and interactions.
Other Duties:
Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education: 12th Pass to Graduate
Experience: Fresher or Experienced (prior experience in customer service or telecalling preferred)
Skills:
Excellent communication skills in Tamil, English, and Hindi (both verbal and written)
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Active listening and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software (if applicable)
