We are seeking candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience in tele collection who are proficient in Malayalam, The role involves Follow ups with customers Regarding payments, providing the right information, and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed, • Negotiate repayments & handle customer queries

Record calls and commitments Coordinate with field recovery team A Graduate is required, and candidates must be open to working 6 days working during the Day shift.
