We are seeking a motivated and professional Telecaller to join our team for Medipharma Konnect in Ahmedabad at our Vejalpur location. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to B2B Sales. Key Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:

You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. This position requires 12th Pass, and the candidate should be willing to work 6 days working during the Day shift.
