Location: Mahalaxmi Honda, Bagal Chowk, Kolhapur

Job Summary:

The Tele Caller is responsible for making outbound calls to existing and potential customers, focusing on service reminders and customer satisfaction follow-ups. This role plays a key part in maintaining customer relationships and enhancing business growth through proactive communication.

Purpose:

To support dealership operations by conducting service reminder and post-service follow-up (PSF) calls, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any issues early.

Key Responsibilities:

1.      Service Reminder Calls:

o    Conduct outbound calls to remind customers of upcoming service appointments, encouraging timely vehicle servicing to enhance business growth.

2.      Post-Service Follow-up (PSF) Calls:

o    Make follow-up calls after service to assess customer satisfaction.

o    Identify and report any customer dissatisfaction, allowing the dealership to resolve issues quickly.

3.      Business performance :

·         Ensuring all the service visit targets are for service type wise and assigned workshop wise are completed.

4.       Training:

·         Attend training session conducted by the company at the training centre as per organizational requirement to remain updated and refresh on skill sets and new products and its updates new, guidelines and industry.

·         Skills:

o    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

o    Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.

o    Basic computer skills for recording call details and updating customer information.

·         Attitude:

o    Customer-focused with a friendly and professional approach.

o    Proactive in ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing concerns.

o    Positive and persuasive, able to maintain customer relationships.

Experience:

·         1-2 years of experience in a tele-calling or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.

Working Conditions:

·         Full-time, office-based role.

·         Regular working hours with occasional extra hours during busy periods.

Notice Period:

·         60 days’ notice period for resignation or termination.
