Pepper Advantage is hiring enthusiastic and target-driven Telecallers to support IDFC First Bank's NPA Recovery process, specifically handling X Bucket (90+ DPD) accounts. The role involves contacting customers with overdue loans, negotiating payments, and ensuring timely recoveries while maintaining compliance and professional standards.
Make outbound recovery calls to customers in the X Bucket (90+ Days Past Due).
Educate and motivate customers to clear their dues through available repayment options.
Maintain detailed records of interactions, promises to pay (PTPs), and recovery status.
Handle objections and guide customers with empathy and firmness.
Coordinate with field collection agents for follow-ups or escalations.
Ensure compliance with RBI and internal recovery guidelines.
Minimum Qualification: HSC / Graduate (any stream).
Experience: 0–3 years in recovery, telecalling, or customer service preferred.
Languages: Fluent in Hindi, English, and local languages.
Confident communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with collection tools/software.
