Job Title: Debt Recovery Team Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Debt Recovery Team Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will lead a team of debt recovery agents, responsible for managing and recovering outstanding debts from customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on achieving targets and improving team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of debt recovery agents to achieve targets and improve performance.

2. Debt Recovery Strategy: Develop and implement effective debt recovery strategies to maximize recoveries and minimize bad debt.

3. Target Achievement: Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for debt recovery, and implement plans to address any shortfalls.

4. Customer Communication: Ensure that all customer communication is handled professionally and in accordance with company policies and procedures.

5. Compliance: Ensure that all debt recovery activities are conducted in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

6. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

7. Training and Development: Provide training, coaching, and development opportunities to team members to improve skills and knowledge.

8. Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular reports and analysis to management on team performance, debt recovery trends, and other relevant metrics.

Requirements:

1. Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in debt recovery, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.

2. Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

3. Knowledge: Strong knowledge of debt recovery laws, regulations, and industry standards.

4. Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in debt recovery, credit management, or a related field
