• Meet performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have [0-01] years of experience in customer service or a telecaller role and should be proficient in [English and Tamil/Kannada]. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
