- Inform customers about product & services
- Handle inbound & outbound calls
- Understand customer's need & solve queries

· Salary grid: 17,686CTC /PM take home: 15,071/PM

· Qualification: 12thCompletion mandatory (or) Any Graduation (or) Diploma (or) ITI
· Languages: English + 2 South language is manadatory (Kannada /Tamil/Malayalam)
· 6 days working /training with 1 rotational week off
· Gender: M/F applicable.
· General Shift :10am to 7pm.
· Experience: Fresher’s only.
· Age limit: 18-29.
· Salary grid: 17,686CTC /PM take home: 15,071/PM
