Job Summary:
We are seeking a young, energetic, and presentable Caller with excellent communication and presentation skills to join our team. The role involves outbound calling, lead generation, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate should be from the base location area and belong to a well-to-do background, ensuring confidence and professionalism in interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling: Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and active listening.
Product/Service Promotion: Present and explain product or service offerings to potential customers, highlighting their features, benefits, and value proposition.
Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments or meetings for sales representatives with interested prospects.
Follow-up & Relationship Building: Maintain regular follow-ups with potential customers to nurture leads and address any queries or concerns.
Data Management: Accurately record customer details, interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system or designated databases.
Market Research: Gather customer feedback and market intelligence during phone conversations to provide insights for continuous improvement.
Customer Service: Provide excellent service by promptly responding to customer inquiries and resolving concerns to ensure satisfaction.
Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on call volumes, conversion rates, and sales achievements to management.

Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Resilient and able to handle rejection or objections positively.
Flexible with working hours, including the ability to work in shifts if required.
