Greet customers and understand their vehicle servicing requirements.
Open job cards and coordinate with the workshop team for timely vehicle delivery.
Ensure all service jobs (routine/repair/bodyshop) are performed as per OEM standards.
Explain service estimates and work done to customers.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and manage post-service follow-ups.
Monitor and ensure adherence to service SOPs and timely job closures.
Educate customers on motor insurance policies (new & renewal) and add-ons.
Generate quotes, coordinate with insurers, and close insurance sales.
Track and ensure timely renewals of customer policies.
Handle insurance claims coordination and documentation for customers.
Drive Non-Maruti Insurance (Non-MI) penetration as per dealership targets.
Maintain MIS and ensure zero pendency in policy issuance and dispatch.
Identify and approach eligible customers for used car refinance.
Coordinate with refinance partners to process applications and documentation.
Ensure compliance with lender requirements for KYC and loan approval.
Follow up for disbursal and track payout-related timelines.
Achieve monthly refinance disbursement targets.
Keep customers informed and resolve refinance-related queries efficiently.
