Role: Telecaller – Sales

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain product details clearly.
Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.
Follow up with potential customers to close deals.
Maintain a database of calls and update customer records in CRM.
Handle objections and concerns professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance.
Provide after-sales support and resolve basic customer queries.
Skills & Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in [Specify Required Languages].
Ability to convince and influence potential customers.
Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM tools is an advantage.
Target-driven with a positive and confident approach.
Prior experience in BPO, telecalling, or sales is preferred.
