We are seeking a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads, promote products/services, provide customer support, and achieve sales targets. Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain products/services, answer questions, and address customer concerns.
Schedule appointments and follow up on leads.
Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and current information.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Sales and Promotion:
Promote products/services to prospective customers.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Upsell and cross-sell products/services to existing customers.
Data Management:
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
Update and maintain call logs and reporting.
Feedback and Reporting:
Gather customer feedback and relay it to the relevant departments.
Provide regular reports on call activities, sales, and customer feedback.
