Recovering overdue payments from individuals or businesses by contacting debtors, negotiating repayment plans, and ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Locate and Contact Debtors:

  Identify and reach out to individuals or businesses with outstanding debts.

• Negotiate Payment Plans:

  Work with debtors to establish feasible repayment schedules and arrangements.

• Maintain Records:

  Keep detailed records of all communications, actions taken, and payment statuses.

• Address Inquiries and Complaints:

  Handle questions and concerns from debtors regarding their debts and payment plans.

• Ensure Compliance:

  Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to debt collection.

• Monitor and Update Accounts:

  Track the status of assigned accounts and update databases with relevant information.

• Investigate Billing Errors and Disputes:

  Investigate and resolve any billing errors or disputes raised by debtors.

• Collaborate with Legal Counsel:

  Work with legal professionals when necessary to pursue legal action for debt recovery.

• Utilize Debt Collection Software:

  Use specialized software to manage accounts, track payments, and communicate with debtors.

• Maintain Confidentiality:

  Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
