Job Overview:
We seek a skilled Survey Telecaller to conduct structured phone surveys with U.S.-based individuals and businesses. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in outbound calling, excellent communication skills, and fluency in English. He/She should be comfortable handling high call volumes, following scripts, and accurately recording responses.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to conduct surveys with a predefined list of questions
• Clearly explain the purpose of the call and maintain a polite, professional tone
• Accurately input responses into the system or survey platform
• Maintain daily call logs and follow-up where necessary
• Meet daily and weekly call targets
• Report feedback and insights from calls to the team
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or survey campaigns
• Excellent spoken English and clear communication skills
• Comfortable working in U.S. time zone (10 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST/PST)
• Good listening skills and attention to detail
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM/survey tools preferred
• Quiet home workspace with a stable internet connection
Preferred:
• Experience calling U.S. customers or businesses
• Familiarity with outbound survey or lead qualification campaigns
