Job Summary:

Sagenext Infotech Pvt Ltd is looking for a Technical Sales Executive to drive sales growth by offering cloud hosting solutions and IT services to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with sales acumen to effectively communicate product benefits and close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential customers through calls, emails, and online demonstrations.

• Understand client requirements and provide customized cloud hosting solutions.

• Explain technical features and benefits of the company’s products and services.

• Conduct product presentations and online demos for prospective customers.

• Handle inbound inquiries, follow up on leads, and convert them into sales.

• Collaborate with the technical support team to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.

• Maintain CRM records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in technical sales, IT sales, or cloud services.

• Strong understanding of cloud hosting, virtualization, and IT solutions.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Experience with CRM software and sales automation tools is a plus.
