Telecalling Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation

   • Make outbound calls to potential customers from the given database or sourced leads.

   • Identify decision-makers and influencers within target companies.

2. Product Pitching

   • Clearly explain the features, benefits, and pricing of the software product.

   • Customize the pitch according to customer needs.

3. Follow-ups

   • Maintain regular follow-up with interested prospects via calls, emails, or WhatsApp.

   • Schedule demos or connect them with senior sales executives if needed.

4. CRM Management

   • Update and maintain customer information and call records in CRM tools or spreadsheets.

   • Track the status of leads (cold, warm, hot).

5. Sales Support

   • Help convert leads into paying customers through effective communication and persuasion.

   • Share brochures, videos, and other materials as needed.

6. Reporting

   • Provide daily/weekly call reports, feedback, and status updates to the team lead.

7. Customer Service (Optional)

   • Handle basic customer queries or route them to the support team.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in [Mention Languages e.g., English, Hindi].

• Basic knowledge of computers and software products.

• Experience in telecalling or telesales (preferred but not mandatory).

• Positive attitude and goal-oriented approach.
