Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Tele calling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, handling inquiries, and providing excellent customer service over the phone. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services. Handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer queries effectively.Maintain a database of customer information and update records regularly.Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and close deals.Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets as assigned.Work closely with the sales team to generate leads and increase conversions.Maintain professionalism and build positive relationships with customers.
