Key Responsibilities:
Manage incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner.
Respond to candidate inquiries and concerns with a problem-solving mindset.
Log candidate interactions and track follow-ups.

Meet key performance metrics including call handling time, and resolution rates.
Job Requirements:
We are seeking candidates with 0.6 years of experience in customer service or tele-calling, who are proficient in Tamil. The role involves attending candidate calls and reaching out to candidates from the economically weaker sections, providing the right information, and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. A minimum qualification of diploma or bachelors is required, and candidates must be open to working 6 days during the general shift.
